Initiatives
ADC conducts two major initiatives each year:
- Australian Leadership Retreat which is held annually on Hayman Island in August

Future Summit which is held annually in May. Future Summit 2009 was held in Melbourne on 18th and 19th May
Other initiatives conducted by the ADC are designed to provide a forum for dialogue between corporates, government, academia and the community sector. These initiatives have included, but are not limited to:
